PENGUIN CHILDCARE BY DESIGNOUR ENVIRONMENT:
At Penguin Childcare our rich environment enhances active learning and plays a critical role in shaping children's positive attitudes and behaviour towards living life. The Penguin Childcare environment reflects a child-friendly, safe and welcoming energy. The use and combination of colour, light, open spaces, natural materials, positive reinforcement, displays and music motivates children to flourish and thrive within it. We are committed to a clean and healthy environment at Penguin Childcare. Children enjoy vegetable gardens, composting and recycling. We endeavour to use natural products wherever possible, whilst keeping cleanliness to the highest standards. PROMOTING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE:Nutrition, drinking water and exercise are especially important to young children's physical, mental and social development. At Penguin Childcare we help your child to develop nutritious eating and drinking habits and a love of physical activity. Penguin Childcare implements partnering programs “Eat Right, Start Right” and “Kids – ‘Go For Your Life’” to promote best practice in nutrition and exercise. Under food safety regulations, homemade fresh meals are prepared in our own kitchens everyday. Our menus are planned and assessed with input from a nutritionist and a qualified chef. Foods are presented to the children in a relaxed and loving atmosphere. At Penguin Childcare we also happily cater for particular dietary, cultural or religious needs. Penguin Childcare promotes an orientation for physical activity everyday. Children play outdoor games freely and are physically active in the fresh air with their H2O bottles on a regular basis. QUALITY RELATIONSHIPS = QUALITY RESULTS:
